well, rumors all to be pointing of Zidane returning to Juve...

anyway, the top of Serie A seems heating up once more. Both of Juve closest challengers Napoli & Inter with a massive win, while Juve with
a necessary win to keep the distance

now, focusing on United in the midweek. A win and we'll qualify to the next round while also winning our respective group

yes we need to win and get that qualification as soon as possible. ironically, sometimes winning the group will mean that you ended up facing another giant rclxub.gif

Guys, are you worried that our closest rivals registered big wins over Genoa and Empoli which we kinda struggled against?

Don't get me wrong though, I'm really happy we are still top and I mean, most points, best start in the history of Juve, compared to top teams in the top European leagues, we are actually up there with them in terms of points and goals, except for PSG, they are out of this world in number of goals.

I dunno, just not tooo convinced by some of our wins these last few games, not sure why. And that worries me for the UCL especially.

Why are you worried about opponents? We always earning point the hard way, especially under Max. Despite both Napoli and Inter whacking their opponents left n right with 5 goals, we are still at the top with better GD. Juve is never known as a team for going to kill. You are lucky if you can ever witness 4 goals scored by us in a game.

However, this season will be the toughest in Serie A yet after The 7.

well, UCL draw is like a lottery

even finishing on 2nd place u can still ended up facing teams like Schalke/Porto/CSKA instead of the likes of Barca/Bayern/Real etc

so, whoever comes, bring it on. As long as Juve finished at 1st place

doesn't matter. They all can whack their opponent by 5-6 goals, but what matter is WHEN Juve are facing them

sometimes team can score for fun, but can be INCONSISTENT. Juve probably didn't score as much as City or PSG or Barca, but Juve are usually dependable on getting
the result needed (except when it comes to UCL final... sweat.gif )

That's true and I agree, we've never been known to be a high scoring team and every season we are defending champions it gets tougher and tougher. Just that our recent wins, somehow not too convincing. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

real raped our asses in turin last season? We butt fucked them too in bernabau 3-0 before that controversial penalty. Still they lost 3-1 at home. The first time they lost a knock out tie at home since 2009. Final aggregate 4-3. I wouldnt call that a rape

this season real aint too strong but we can never know. a big team is still a big team. just like man utd may not be doing do well in the league, but is still a big team like real. Nothing is to be taken for granted. Know that serie a fans especially juve fans are more towards respecting opponents whoever they may be. We are not like bpl fans who like insults, childish comments and scathing banters

Juve is just one of the favourites to win the UCL. I disagree with alot of pundits and other fans that they have a very high chance of winning it due to Ronaldo

9 CL finals, 7 defeats (i watched all 6 finals, won 1, lost 5) will do that to you. We could have been like liverpool, barcelona, fc bayern , ac milan or real had we won more of those finals but now we sit alongside Nottingham Forrest, SL Benfica and FC Porto in number of UCL won... 2 sweat.gif rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

What a goal from Ronaldo; absolutely amazing ball control and timing of his run.

We had so many opportunities to seal the win earlier, Cuadrado and Pjanic especially with chances. Dybala also hitting the cross bar...but Man Utd piled on the pressure at the end and came away with the win.

Overall I think we played well and created so many chances, just missing that killer blow. Joao Cancelo was injured?

Juventus chances:

- Matic's deflection brought out a super save from de gea. Any other gk it would have been a goal
- Pjanic hitting the bar
- Dybala hitting the bar
- The expired and old and constantly anonymous Khedira missed a chance a better player would have scored
- Superb goal by Ronaldo
- Cuardrado (1 time world class 9 times shit player) missed a chance my grandmother would have scored 9.5 times out of 10
- 2nd goal by utd was a result of our goalkeeping error so i will not count it as a utd chance. Yes the delivery was good but a better gk would have punched it out instead of punched it towards alex sandro / bonucci. It was a gift

Man Utd chances:

- Superb freekick by mata. Take nothing away from him
- Rasford's one on one with sczeni where he should have done better

Allegri: Problem remains. His team's inability to finish off opponents despite playing better. Going on the defensive / relaxing after going 1 nil up. It happened against Empoli, it happened against Man Utd in the first game, it happened against 2 other weaker italian teams too. Until we solve this problem or change Allegri we aint winning jackshit in Europe. Not even with Ronaldo + Messi + Neymar all in our team. I can see us winning the league + cup but we will again go 1 nil up against a barca or a man city miss a lorry of chances and lose 4-1. Utd were very poor, and we shipped 2, at home. We we went all crazy attacking last season we went 3 nil up at REAL's HOME. I think this is a collective problem. Allegri and the players both to be blamed

Mourinho: This win will not paper the cracks. Result is more of a hit and run. Whats worse is instead of praising his team for hanging on, he went and insulted the juve fans which ended in the news paper all about him. A team who is not so generous as Juve or not so problematic with finishing and it might turn ugly if mourinho does not solve his team's poor team play

In all, this game is not about united. Its the same old story for them but the worrying thing is our inability to kill games. We have not score more than 3 goals in a match this season i think. Considering the attacking talen that we have this is embarrassing. I got a feeling we will go 1 nil up against Milan this weekend, go to coward mode again, milan equalized and we will surge again to 3-1 and defend with bazagli coming in in the last 5 mins. Typical allegri, typical juve. This mindset is enough for Serie A, never enough for UCL

I fully accept the 3-0 defeat at home last season to Real because we were shit and ballless and cowardly. But to lose due to our own making is totally unacceptable. Allegri, cuardaro, khedira should all be shown the door next season. Give allegri to utd as he will do well there. Zidane our legend should be in-charge next season. We might lose the league (zidane is not very good in the league) but i reckon we might be able to win the UCL with him. Ronaldo is going to be 34 soon, its now or never

Sidenote: No idea why the superb joao cancelo (best right back in europe on current form) did not play but martial did very little against di siglio hence it was not a problem with our right back position. Our failure to take those chances was

From what I have seen, other than Pjanic and Dybala, not many can keep up with Ronaldo. They don’t even know if Ronaldo is going to supply the balls or shoot.

During RM days, everyone would supply the shit for Ronaldo. Juventus might need to change their game a bit so they can utilise Ronaldo attacking imo.

game was not good from either team's perspective

From juve's fan point of view:

- VERY VERY wasteful finishing that borders on the embarrassing. To win the biggest prize in europe that sort of finishing was embarrassing and totally not good enough to win the UCL. Who cares of ronaldo is in the team or not
- allegri's italian conservatism at work again. going to a 3-5-2 while the 4-4-2 was working superbly and bringing on a 37 year old to mark a 19 year old was a big error on judgement. it is not as if we do not have one of europe's best young defender daniel rugani and morocco captain medhi benatia on the bench (a player highly sought after by utd before he chose to move to fc bayern municha few years ago)
- for almost 80 mins juve were too comfortable for their own good. when you were too comfortable, you became too relax and your concentration dropped and complacency crept in
- to sum it up it was a self destruct performance all round

From man utd's fan point of view:

- it was a got out of jail performance. yes the score read 2-1 but it was not due to super performance ala 1999 comeback. it was shambolic and had those chances had gone in and united were 3 4 nil down the united guys' confidence would have been crushed and destroyed completely. it would then not had matter if mata scored a super natural goal or bonucci scored that own goal.. it would have been 4-2 or 4-3 (if you count rasford's chance). This was more about juve shitting and fucking up than united heroics. One thing must kudos to mourinho and and the united boys were that at 1-0 nil down, they did not crumble nor gave up. they did well to dig deep keep going. it was stupid of us to allow the opponent to keep seeing the scoreboard reading 1 nil. It gave them hope

- i would not be gloating and be happy with this performance because not every big team was so generous like last night and its not every day sunday whereby one can get lucky like that. realistically, if i am united fan i would hope and want to see an improved and better performance come this weekend at the etihad. This win over juve be it lucky or not should give united a big confidence boost though thumbsup.gif

From a neutral's fan point of view:

- if i am a neutral fan i would not place any bet on both Juventus or Man Utd getting anywhere near that UCL trophy. hence in reality we should have nothing to be happy about. we just live to die another day. yes for now we have lived but eventually we will get kicked out of the UCL playing like that. it was embarrassing

- a good game
- a great ronaldo goal
- a dramatic come from behind win
- now thats a good game to them wink.gif

i am not looking so much to united's celebration or mourinho's tactics. unlike the man utd 99 where they outclassed us in the second half yesterday was more about us self structing more than anything... no anger should be geared towards united or mourinho. what i am pissed at was at our own team. it was not as if we didnt create any chances. that cuardrado miss... was absolutely shocking on top of those other misses vmad.gif

at 2-nil or 3 nil or 4 nil down they would either be crushed totally confidence wise or if not even if they scored we would not have lost rclxub.gif

now is time for them to move on to man city and our own big match against milan. again another team weaker than us on paper but i am jolly well sure we will make our own lives difficult again. We will go 1 nil up, sit back like our last 10 mins against united, concede a goal and then scramble to score again. High chance we might win 2-1 or 3-1 and suffer great difficult for it. team has a shit mentality for finishing games where we played well rclxub.gif ranting.gif

4-0 would've been a fair scoreline for Juve

but yeah, whenever there's a soft/phantom penalty call goes against Juve...no one bats an eye, if it goes the other way....

and Higuain trying very hard to impress Milan fans & management. But he got his emotion gets in the way, as usual whenever he's playing AGAINST Juve just like his Napoli days

i'm still puzzled if he's going to celebrate if he did score the penalty kick last night

I feel that Pipita got sent off under such situation. He gave everything when he was wearing the black and white. I won't blame him if he celebrates his goal against us.

This Milan team is too weak in the MF. And I saw a comment from their forum: $rumma can't even save an excel document. So harsh but funny at the same time lol.

We are playing quite bad yesterday but they fail to capitalize from our mistakes.

Here comes another international week lolol.
