Juventus has a total agreement with Cristiano Ronaldo: 30 million for 4 years. The green light from Florentino Perez is expected to close the operation.

Yea, Man Utd probably just rocking the boat.

But it seems more likely that his move to Juve is happening:

Ronaldo is very close to Juve now. I reckon this will be Allegri's last season too. High chance we will get Zidane next year. He has been gone from Juve long enough, its time to come home Zizou (he won 2 out of 3 FIFA and Ballon D'OR awards while playing for Juve). He will get to re-unite with Ronaldo (adds to Juve's collection of previous Ballon D'OR winners playing for the club) too. Stuff of dreams rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

what a dream scenario. Waiting for this news to be official is more suspense than waiting for the ending
of Avengers Infinity War laugh.gif laugh.gif

anyway, regarding Buffon, i'm kinda feel its like a "weird" situation seeing him joining PSG

this is just my thought;

1) If he can play for them, surely he could have ended his career here? Unless he was pushed out like Ale?

2) Or maybe he made up his mind to quit, but PSG came in with a great offer, but then isn't that the same as going back on his word?

i think its scenario number (2) probably.

Gigi wanted to hang his boots/gloves, but he knew he could have a go atleast one more time

and last we heard only PSG came with a concrete offer so the man gotta do what he gotta do. And after many years with him we knew Gigi is definitely not the type to go out & giving up early

so yeah, i'd support his decision to go anywhere. Eventhough i'd hope he will retire in Juve colors, but like i'd said b4, he gotta do what he gotta do

but if i want to be honest with myself & u guys, as bad as i wanted seeing Gigi lifting that coveted UCL trophy, if lets say, Juve clashing with PSG in UCL next season, and worst case scenario, in the final, sorry Gigi. I hope Juve won it, even if Cristiano(if he did came here) had to score three times into your net

but if Juve eliminated early, yeah, i want PSG to win it, not bcoz for the sake of the club, but for Gigi himself

yeah. i find it extremely strange to see buffon at PSG. If PSG beat us with Ronaldo playing for us, I will be gutted. Absolutely livid. When you have the best player in the world , possibly of all time at our side, we should at least win 1 UCL within ronaldo's four year contract

anyway. a big hintfor us Juventinis?. See Ronaldo and Marchisio's twitter account profile pics:

Just a couple of quick thoughts:

1. Looks like things are really heating up with Ronaldo's transfer to Juve. The hype is so real that I think I would be quite disappointed if at the last minute it did not happen and was just a publicity gimmick.

2. It's so weird to see Buffon not as a Bianconero - just imagine the heights we could reach had he stayed on and retired with us + the new incoming signings this summer.

To answer your question, Buffon: "The president (Agnelli) always told me that if I wanted to stay for another year all I had to do was tell him. But I've been at Juve for 17 years & I know the club very well & I wouldn't have wanted to be even the smallest of burdens. So together we took the decision."
