P/s: in pahang, most of the hotel n resort in cherating swap the malay reserved land n converted the land to open commercial title..most of the land in cherating is originally is malay reserved..

There's case developers swap the land..
Because they really want the land for development purpose...

Previously in Selangor is easy.. But now still same can swap land??. I remembered reading government trying not to do such thing as the replacement land the developers normally give is not strategic & ulu place.. Nobody want it..
