Its sg merab. Not jenderam.
Right beside sekolah teknik sepang. Near to the border of putrajaya. A few housing dev is happening there but yeah its kampong environment abit. Near to elektrik mia tower cable |

So mayb ths project is on malay reserved land? Sa didn say its open 4 bumi buyers only so mayb in future can sell 2 anyone? If yes then mv will nt b affected

There's case developers swap the land.. Because they really want the land for development purpose... Previously in Selangor is easy.. But now still same can swap land??.
