Btw its Malay reserved land around the place...
Cheap but future hard to sell because smaller pool of potential buyers 😊

Ahh yes..
There's case developers swap the land..
Because they really want the land for development purpose...

Previously in Selangor is easy.. But now still same can swap land??. I remembered reading government trying not to do such thing as the replacement land the developers normally give is not strategic & ulu place.. Nobody want it..
