The one sold out is meranti. Different location.

If U still thinking which one better.
Of course meranti bcoz strategic location between puchong, cyberjaya, putrajaya. Nearer to Putrajaya sentral, IoI mall, aeon, tesco etc. Just next to 16 Sierra.
Design also more family oriented.
That's why BBB.

Yes, same developer.

Not own any. Just try to give some idea as I already survey most properties around bangi/putrajaya/cyberjaya/puchong/kajang/seri kembangan for investment.

Nt a top 10 developer of cos it doesnt mean they r nt good n their props r nt of good quality, depends on wthr u r a risk taker or nt also.

710k is a huge investment so better do more research

But all landed property nowadays is 700-800k....

Those 500k are like semenyih etc...

Can you share me some of you research about this property? I see Google map are in between Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya..

Didnt do any research on ths prop la bro info i got is frm sa. Better u go visit site n sales opis 2 get more info
