I don't know whether Japan-made tires have better quality or not. My car ain't sport car though , haha.
But one fact undeniable is C-drive2 handling better than ES32. (I know they are different class haha)
*
Ya.....C-Drive2 used to be mid level range. Possibly better handling performance than the ES32. However, nowadays all brands are looking into environmental friendly tyres, therefore you probably get better performance in terms of noise, comfort or fuel saving from the ES32. I think so.

secondly.....what's the differences between 185/60R14 and 185/65R14 apart of different series....so far all my current cars are using 185/60R14 only came to know of 65 series after reading from here

Asking around N.S. and Melaka, only Nilai got ES-32 205/45/r16 at RM300+-, nearly the same for Advan Fleva v701 in Tampin (but i did't check tyre year).

Changed my CC5 to ES32 on all 4 wheels on my myvi with size 185/60/14, a 10mm wider than stock 175/65. Initial feeling is the road feedback is good, noise is slightly softer than my worn out CC5. Will return with review after weeks of driving.

you're using wider profile now, expect a few minor % incremental of noise level.

Hi, just dropping my review of es32 Tyre

I'm using Accord 2004 with 215 60 r16 tyres. Doing a lot of highway driving.
Changed from cc6 with about 30% left to es32. Main reason is the cc6 very easy to aquaplane during wet weather on highway at the current wear suspected due to cc6 thinner longkang.
Choose es32 because it seem to be global Tyre which able to find overseas reviews on it and the longkang is much wider than cc6

After using more than half year, sound seems similar compared to old cc6, but very little aquaplane on highway rain driving. Conclusion is cc6 is ok for normal City driving should be very quiet and comfortable. But long distance can't control weather surface would much prefer es32 less ap in wet. No regret just around 300 each for 4 pcs 215 60r16.

Unscientific experience
Old cc6, highway normal rain 120 will ap, heavy rain 90 will ap.
New es32, highway normal and heavy rain 110 is no problem.

Still letting the tyre to sit in, but I do like the its grip aspects though. Can't get to test the tyre in wet road yet, looking at all reviews, I'm confident it's a good tyre for wet roads.

Hit 5.6k mileage currently, it's better compared to Continental CC5. Wet grip is awesome, road noise is noisier but bearable.

Was quoted rm140/pc for 185/60/14, including installation, labour, rubber valve, alignment, balancing. Should be good price I think?

Cheap, i agree. I usually find 160-170 prices for the same Yokohama model. It's cheaper of course if I look for Bridgestone ecopia or Dunlop j5 instead.

Wow that's cheap by far for this tyre. Typically quoted around RM170-200. Where is this shop? Are the tyres manufacturing year 2019 or older?
