Some sizes are made in Japan while some are from Philippines......and may have same size from both Phi or Japan. I guess it's due to capacity or how busy are the plants in Japan and Phi. I'm sure there would be the ES32 molds in both the countries as they need to meet the demands of this ES32 from many countries around the globe.

I don't know whether Japan-made tires have better quality or not. My car ain't sport car though , haha.
But one fact undeniable is C-drive2 handling better than ES32. (I know they are different class haha)

Ya.....C-Drive2 used to be mid level range. Possibly better handling performance than the ES32. However, nowadays all brands are looking into environmental friendly tyres, therefore you probably get better performance in terms of noise, comfort or fuel saving from the ES32. I think so.
