fusca and montana sold out too? got good unit number and facing south?

Fusca fully sold, no more units. Montana still got many options.

I visited the show room, Montana series looks wonderful.
Just the right design I had in mind.

Price is steep, 1.18mln for 2800sqdt 3 story intermediate unit but it is a beautiful design,

with 2/4 % rebates..

What s the thought on Montana..is the price too steep or its worth to purchase it?

Yeah montana design does looks awesome, the type F layout is nice. Freehold and in mature township plus good developer should be good to go. Anyway, there is some rumors that setia city mall with be merged with a massive mall, but not sure when. Property price there gonna boost till then. 😁

But not G&G... is a minus point for property above 1 million.

last 2 days, there have few units been released.

The house design is nice. But the landscaping design is so so only. Not much attractive points.

Yea, 1 mln, guarded , not gated.

But this was also highlighted by the SA that , if the community is formed and they write up to the Setia Alam mgmt, they will consider building fencing around the property..for free of charge and they have done so for previous releases.

I have no reason no to trust them though..

Anyone knows any other property for 1mn, in a mature township and it has everything that one needs..

the area of montana is behind the setia mall and nearby the water pool...which will be turned into a recretional park..

its just the design i was looking for..

Just need more inputs on the +/- of this series.. prices are not going to stay put..its gonna go up.

Between southville, Mah Sing Rawang & Setia Alam..Montana..what would the property guru here would go for..some advice pls

If you are talking about the new launch in setia alam, this is perhaps the last area in here already, after precinct 11 complete then the entire township is consider fully mature.

Can see at the welcome center if the stickers have been removed due to loan reject or any other reasons.

I think there will be 32x75 forest villas just beside the Bukit Cerakah forest, located on an elevated land. I'm sure the view will be superb there. In addition, it comes with a private clubhouse too.

By looking at the master plan, I'm guessing this development could very well be a fully GnG neighbourhood.

Setia Alam or Setia Ecopark ?

That one I totally agree.. It will be superb if can own one. But i think it will cost a bomb. Bullet habis la bro. 😂
