QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Oct 6 2015, 04:16 PM) ecopark is an 700acres development.....not all houses are affected by surau.... but certainly you don't want to be right next to it....unfortunately this new launch one part of the development just sits right next to surau. I know you love surau,,,,therefore no problem....so does those people that pay close to 3mil to own a brand new Victoria spring or whatever. As mentioned by yourself, only one part of the development is next to the surau, but you try to give an impression the whole Victoria Spring is next to the Surau. I never mention I love Surau, neither hate it as well. The problem here is simple, just you raise up the surau issue and potrait as it will affect the whole victoria Spring development. QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Oct 6 2015, 04:38 PM) you NEVER ask a simple question..... and I NEVER answer a simple question. Perhaps the main question here is whether you understand if people was asking a question. Nobody care if you EVER or NEVER answer a simple question.

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Oct 6 2015, 04:40 PM) frankly I will never part my 3mil to buy a property next to surau. So this statement clearly indicates surau is a problem for you and contradict with your previous statement - "we all know that surau is not a problem"... ... Or your real meaning is "frankly I will never part my 3mil to buy a property next to SPEAKERS"? Now, I throw in a question again (NOT Assumption) - did all the units in Victoria Spring next to Surau? Got surau or not, still can choose those unit farer away.. But the problem is the master bedroom design feng shui not ngam.. All bed head are to against to toilet wall, and this seems unchangeable. Not a typical sp setia design.

Part of the SemiD Elizabeth Fall project is next to Surau An Nur Ecopark, Victoria Springs is much further away.. That's why I said the root problem here is someone takes the surau as an issue and portraits it will affect all the Victoria Springs development..

The surau is located in phase 2 and near to certain part of Elizabeth Fall's semi-ds. I don't think Victoria Springs' bungalows are affected as the nearest unit is more than 200 metres away. My existing house is near a surau. Separated by a big playground.
I'm OK with it except eve of Raya or similar. That's when it gets abit noisy and if you have a baby, it'll startled the poor baby.
Old folks also find it difficult to go back to sleep once startled. The good thing is the next day is a public holiday and we don't sleep so early on eve of public holiday.
However, since it is only once or twice a year, we learn to live with it. Friday afternoon is OK. They park their cars nicely and don't block the roads.
