Perhaps you might want to try and wait for the selection and see....may be there is still luck there and you can get Kasturi....but may be on 1 floor/ lower floor...
Someone here mentioned about Mutiara but not sure what kind of design/ density of it...

yes, look out for last phase, just next to kasturi - mutiara. a few hundred units as well. likely next year as they should all be built more or less at the same time.

question is as usual: how many allocated for staff, vip, cronies, bumi, what chance for the underprivileged.

yeah, when my turn to select a unit, maybe for Kasturi maybe left lowest unit and facing surau, hmm hopefully there is a good Intan unit for me to select.

Is Mutiara concept similiar to Intan OR Kasturi? Cause they're are different with Kasturi being more "premium" than Intan.

Also another point to consider is the rest of the apartments around that area (should be more than 6-7000 units), if they are launced at mid-cost and above (RM 260k+), then will be good for current investors, but if they are lower than that..intan/kasturi buyers can't expect much capital appreciation..

Rates from most bank are in the radar of BLR-2.4% unless you can give more than that lo...

from the color code on the map, mutiara is of the kasturi-baiduri type.

jati-baiduri, intan-kasturi and mutiara form all the apts on the whole plot of setia owned land.

the land immediately north is owned by pkns. the map shows "sekolah-masjid-future apartment".
large tracts allocated for "future apartment", looks more likely to be low cost.
but since it is pkns, will just have to wait n see - may be many years from now b4 they build.

take note there are also a no. of plots for "apartment" allocated in nearby bandar bukit raja.

i got number 58. should be able to get another unit in setia alam. =)
