I got something like that. I think it's luck too or maybe a glitch in the reward logic.


Highest shake I have received is RM5 for RM159 payment to 11street. Have not used Boost to pay any higher yet.

cz last sat i spent on car acc shop for RM400 when i paid my bill then i only saw the boost logo hahahah

the same thing happens to me at kk wangsa maju just now...paid, amount in wallet deducted, got shake reward...but the cashier say transaction didnt go through..he even show me their own summary and my payment is not in there, which is understandable since the cash register didnt open and receipt didnt come out.

but since it is deducted from my wallet, i keep on insisting it has been deducted.

Hmm anyone received 2 times cashback ? I remembered last few months I received 2 times cashback, each is RM5 something, which means basically I eat for free. It was a glitch though as all of my friends are also receiving it paying at that restaurant.

I immediately reported to Boost after that, but not sure if my message was misunderstood by the cs staff, they actually compensated the amount to me, I'm confused lol.

Yes. I try on yesterday [Boulevard Kuching]. And today afternoon received rm10 cashback.

Even some of the cashier wearing Boost TShirt. So hardcore marketing.

Really? That's good cause we go NSK a lot. Many things are cheaper there especially fresh foods. Generally even cheaper than Econsave.

Actually, while waiting the cashier contact his supervisor, i contacted boost...the last message from boost is they will refund me by end of today, which is unnecessary since i already get my stuff from kk... As of now, no refund receive yet... Just hoping that i get my rm10 rebate tomorrow

Yeah, the refund was pretty unnecessary, basically I got my stuff for free. But I guess I didn't have to ask much about it since it was Boost's decision to refund back the amount to me.

I didn't expect it really, just wanted to let them know about the issue and also the bad service from KK in that outlet when using Boost, and also hope that Boost will also mention about the bad service part to the supervisor/manager who's responsible of that outlet when they contact that outlet, which I think they did. I hope that idiot cashier got what he deserved for that bad attitude.

Some merchant, if I'm not mistaken was listed as those entitle for 50% previously but now being removed. They've updated their list of merchant, so I just wonder, will they update as and when they wish, and if they remove the merchant without us knowing it, means we will not get the 50% cash back?

If I can recall I did notice few shops like Bumbu Desa, Coffee Bean, Tealive and Toast Box were in the list but now all gone. Just wonder if we spend at these merchant will we still get the rebate

I was trying to pay with boost on my 11street order amount RM1.1k, when I key in Boost transaction PIN, it show I’ve exceed daily spending limit as per BNM regulation. WTH is the bnm regulation? I read the tnc to use boost at 11street n it mentioned max txn limit is 1.5k, mine only 1.1k, now my money stuck at Boost, n I can’t proceed to pay for the 11street order n my 11street coupon gonna expire today.. really regret to use Boost.

Notice that for 50% campaign there is a note mentioned 'Your cashback reward quota will be refreshed to zero on 1st August 2018', this meaning what ya?

I think you need to upgrade Boost wallet as the monthly spending is limited, just upgrade to Premium wallet for free.
