Any issue with Fave? The option to pay with Boost is gone in my Fave app. Couldn't add back at all

Ouch just received my replacement bigpay card, now cant even use it to topup boost, which total defeated the purpose i am using back bigpay card!

Just went there and the bangla let me try the whole stack of voucher lol And yeah, they said must spend the RM10 within the store immediately upon redeemed the voucher, but since cannot reload due to 'Duplicate reload' error (probably due to just signed up and reload using online banking) then went to other outlet nearby. Upon reached the second store and redeem successful, they insist must spend the RM10 within their store, cannot be more or less than that   Keep struggle to find exact RM10 item, found RM11 item cashier don't allow to despite I can pay the remaining balance myself but ignorant cashiers keep scolding 'u tak faham apa tu 10 ringgit?'   After that choose something RM9 still got rejected, by right there is no T&C that must spend me RM10 immediately upon redeemed Must be KK boss told their staff to do that

Pat Kin Pat Sun Cafe is now accepting Boost. Saw the poster outside their cafe at Pearl Point. Had lunch there and paid via Boost, got shake reward and manager assured that RM10 cashback will be credited into my account on the next working day

Just wondering, anyone facing problem logging in with certain phone model? My friend super frustrated, after creating the account, cannot log in at all on her phone (Huawei P10). Tried reset pin, clear cache, etc, all cannot. But when she log in with my phone, no problem. Then I tried to login my account on her phone, still cannot.

Don't know what's wrong with her phone
