there are more down to earth offering to outstation local tourist compare to maluri or cochrane with just ANOTHER mall there and most of the good local foods there gone with the wind.... why would they wanna come to KL just to walk another mall? and i agree TC pasar malam its kinda shit... but its one of the must go place for local tourists... laugh.gif laugh.gif

and as for foreign tourist.... it doesnt really matter how far is it to central gravity spots of KL, in the end its only sit and travel on the mrt je... for them as long as its cheaper and easier access to public transportation... its more than enough... just like in taiwan... foreign tourists will still stay at airbnb or hotels beside MRT Jiantan for the shilin night market and nearby local amenities instead of staying near ximending or taipei central.... same applies to Seoul where not everyone will stay nearby myeongdong station... those hotels/airbnb around 5-6 stations away also gathered very good occupancy rates too...

but in the end... those who fully focus only on doing airbnb most probably can fly kite very fast.... its HDA product... and there are quite decent amount of own stayers too... im sure airbnb ban will be the first resolution they wanna pass it in the first AGM.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

at the pricing here.... maybe can go even half of that price per night? since pricing are at way different... anyway... in cheras... airbnb not the only option for renting out... haha... can rent per room basis... hot demand too here...

not necessary need to wait til AGM... but with the way the developer design the layouts... seems like they are more pro-investors type... should be wont ban until the residents take over....

yea the layouts very investor oriented... but their 3 rooms 3 baths layout damn attractive to own stayers... everyone have own bathrooms... its like 3 master bedrooms there... haha.... but also can be flexibly cut to dual key unit as well... im sure the developer not reli expecting response from own stay buyers....

Why do people even bother doing such business? Surely you'd struggle to make any ends meet with that kind of revenue or these people are doing it simply to reduce their monthly outlay?

I thought these days most that do rental by the room do it at older condos or landed houses? Must be a pain to manage the current crop of tenants for such places, these days just don't have that type of energy to manage that type of tenancies any longer.
Are all of them big rooms? Quite rare to find a condo with ensuite for every room.

usually just let agents handle it.... got a few agents very specialize in room rentals around this area... hence why developer design the layouts in such a way.... to minimize potong room expenditures....

erm... the master bedroom is the largest... the other 2 rooms slightly smaller but with ensuite.... but they sacrifice the yard for this layout....

it was in HOC i think during april that time... but some technical issues with rehda happened and cause this project not in HOC anymore... i think its due to the pricing problem...

wont hurt my investment... not buying this project at all... just curious with all the kononnya 'firm' statements and etc about HTC... but everyone live in klang valley... there are chances you have to deal with HTC or second hand smoker etc... unavoidable...

for tobacco its at least having more firm data and studies result for cancer... as for HTC... its like contradicting statements by scientist are all over the net... no one can give a firm conclusion on its health implication... and for us who been using mobile phone so close to our body all the time... why HTC will be giving higher health impact than phone in term of radiation? hence why its more subject to debate compare to smoking...
