May I ask why block b is more favorable than block a? If one has to chiose a type a unit, shall this person chooses block a or block b?

Well, this is very subjective. Everyone has their own preference, but people tend to follow the herd. So when the first few people chose Zone B then the purchasers afterwards tend to follow also  |
