Called UOB to cancel my ONE card.
The CS said AF and SST will be charged on December 1st.
I told her that my statement falls on 15th.
She said will proceed for cancellation and temporary blocking my card.
She asked me to call back after 10 working days for confirmation in case retention team calls me for any waiver offer.
