did a comparison of the old and new T&C :
1) monthly payout will increase from 110K to 120K
2) "top-up transactions" removed from cashback exclusion
3) "financial services transactions" added to cashback exclusion

nothing surprising 

Did I see correctly? Why didn't anyone point out that they are charging monthly fees????

2) Effective 1st August 2018, UOB YOLO card’s annual fee of RM90.00 will be revised to a monthly fee of RM7.50. The monthly fee of RM7.50 will be waived upon one (1) retail transaction made per calendar month. If there is no retail transaction made for that calendar month, RM7.50 will be charged in the following calendar month.

Oh, luckily.. I first though their cashback payout quota reduce.
It's seems like only travel expenses been removed.
Did it still mention need to do at least 1 transaction per month, else will pay monthly fees RM7.50?
It seems like this one card only benefit during on weekend spend only.

The rest of thevday just put in drawer only..

I understand that people are cautious with change of T&C, but why would 'financial services' be anything to do with JomPay/UOB Payonline (bill paying). UOB is a bank, the term financial services relates to finance, not 'spending of money'.

That's exactly what I'm saying, both BigPay and JomPay didn't change their MCC.

And previously BigPay cannot get cashback, JomPay can. Proving that UOB YOLO not only based on MCC.

is that considered a waiver?...i call up UOB and ask whether can waive off the service tax on my UOB One card, and they said can't..how come?
