Auto debit is not online transaction.
Normally online transaction is defined based on POS mode code or requires OTP/TAC/MSOS/3D authentication code input from registered mobile phone number via SMS.

Received a call from UOB.
Unfortunately not from retention team.
It's an offer for some cash call thing.
I told the caller that I had cancelled the card.
If your retention team decided to retain me, you can call me back later. LOL!

I have no interest to listen to the call further.
I interjected the call to ask him to check their system that my card is under cancellation stage pending for retention team call.

I think my UOB ONE is officially cancelled!
It has disappeared from UOB PIB.

They should revoke your PIB access!

Can only redeem at merchant's POS that use UOB terminal.

UOB just called me for my ONE card cancellation.
They offer me a retention package: AF waiver for 2 years + this year SST rebate

I asked if next year SST how?
The guy on the line said if it still continues, call them back again!

I have to switch to use PBB and CIMB.

I think UOB got payment issue as I suspected.
