Sorry for my explanations. tongue.gif
Should be April Statement, the CB is referring from March transactions. Am I right?

Correct me if I'm wrong.
*
To make it simpler, the cash back we just received is for transactions from 1st to 31st March.

YOLO still got the minimum one swipe a month to waive that month fee?
*
It has no monthly fees but it has AF. Spend 1x per month for 12x per year to auto waive AF.

That's meant total 12 transactions / year will do right? Not necessary must have 1 transaction each mth right?
*
It did specifically mention " Annual fee is waived upon one (1) retail transaction made per month (twelve (12) retail transactions per year))."

Same as mine too.
Call to CS, damn CS feel not seronok, mentioned that the CB quota is full.
I got mentioned that I start to spend 1st day of the month.. But keep mentioned once finish the quota CB, then receive ntg CB..

Thinking this is FIRST warning sign for me...  dry.gif  Never mind, I give chances for this UOB. cool2.gif
If 2nd chance still no CB, guessing to terminate this card.  shakehead.gif

UOB YOLO is credited on batches, so long by end of following month then you have nothing to complain.

14. For the avoidance of doubt, any transaction which falls below RM10 charged consecutively to the
Card at the same participating merchant within the same day will be considered as one (1)
transaction for the purpose of calculating the Total Number of Transactions.

Attached TnC above, just to clarify, I will be eligible for cashback under both scenarios below right (both subject to FCFS)?
(1) Pay RM10 x 16 times in 1 day
(2) Pay RM1 everyday for 16 days
*
Yes but you may not get cash back for scenario 2 since it's FCFS.

Assume the quota finish on 15th of the particular month, but I spend starting on 1st day of the month. And I keep spend until 20th of the month.

Then I get cashback from 1st day of the particular month until 14th of the particular month. But I can't get cashback from 15th to 20th due to finish quota on 15th.  Am I right?

You see this way, how come I gain nothing cashback from 1st until 14th? If I gain rm1 campaign cashback, then ntg to argue.

Impossible I can't to complain how their 2nd hand old system generate?
When you start spend? Starting from 1st day of the month?
*
Wait. I'm a bit lost. I thought your case is only late crediting (since by batches)? And not missing certain cash back?

My case is not the late crediting, is missing cashback.. And the worst is my cashback is RM0.

Done Spending more than 16 times transactions during March. Now the statement release did not see campaign credit this word..
*
You need to check unbilled transactions and also it could be your cash back is not credited yet (assuming if you fulfilled all the criteria and cash back is not depleted yet which unlikely based on posts here).

My unbilled transactions currently is empty.. Just wait for the next calendar of the month.
And my statement date is every of 23th.

Yes, I know sometimes campaign credit will enter within 15th of the month until 20th of the month (subject either early or late), but not late than 23th if the month.
*
Then yours may not be credited yet. There were people still getting their cash back yesterday. So long not after tomorrow, then you still cannot complain.

I complained before for late crediting because it wasn't credited even after month end and they investigated and acknowledged the mistake. That time not me alone facing this issue, everyone didn't get theirs on time.

Wow~~ This time campaign credit seems like too late. First time after cc statement release, then saw the "unbilled transactions" campaign credit.

Thanks for your info... I thought lot of ppl receive cashback already..
*
So long before end of the month, UOB is still fulfilling their T&C.

Then it means that UOB might possible will CB on 30th or 31st of the month..
Am I right?

Sound like purposely do like this... shocking.gif
*
Yes, according to their T&C is by end of following month.
Nothing purposely, anything earlier is a bonus, else they are still following their T&C.

It is for February coz stated... UOB YOLO CARD-CVP MONTHLY CASH REBATE - FEB 2018
Besides, I do not have any transactions in March.
So, Uber or Grab now not eligible? I've transacted more than 16 times and got cash backs for others.
*
Well, then you were referring to the cash back posted on your statement. I was referring to the cash back just given recently.

I cannot confirm anymore because I no longer use YOLO for Uber/Grab since Jan after it changed to FCFS. Others can confirm this part. I last used in Dec and still eligible.

One possible reason for banks to migrate and support the platform is simplicity.
They save tonnes of works when calculating and rewarding CB for online transactions.
Judging from the way some forumers behaviour on how to pay bills, I don't even feel surprised.
Once migration completed to JomPay, less disputes, less works, win-win situation for the banks.

Behaviours like how?

Please read (answers to your FAQ)
1) YOLO Cash Back and Spending is based on Calendar Month. The spending is based on transaction date not posting date. So you can swipe on 31st of Jan and it may be posted on 1st Feb or 2nd Feb BUT it will still be for the January quota. Confirmed on 20.04.2017 by ronnie.
2) Your YOLO Cash Back will only be credited at the end of next month. Example: For transactions in February, Cash Back will be received around end of March. (We don’t know which date exactly as it depends on UOB but after 20th).
3) If you spend below RM500 for YOLO, you won’t get any cash back. To maximize cash back percentage for online spend only, spend RM833.30, and you will effectively earn 6% cash back.
4) Is xxx eligible for online 6%? Unless reported otherwise (see list in post #1), you should really read the T&C of YOLO Cash Back. They do have a list of items that will not be awarded with cash back. Other than that list, logically, it should be entitled for 6% rebate if it’s online transaction. We don’t work for UOB. We don't know for sure. This card only came about in August 2016.

from front page, jompay is eligible for cashback for Yolo...

- pay via jompay is regardless pay from www.jompay.com.my or from respective bank website's jompay?
- anyone that got cashback from using Yolo n jompay, each transaction also min RM10 x 16?
*
I only tried paying with UOB portal and app, it works.
I got cash back with JomPay for my UniFi but one shot payment since I already fulfilled 16x earlier. So I don't see it as an issue to get cash back even though it's for RM 10x16.
