Got some confusion here, whether which one comes first to be eligible for cashback:-
i) hit 16x first
ii) hit 600 first

So far practise i learnt here is to complete (i) as soon as possible to lock the rebate. And complete (ii) as earlier as possible. -- this works. However, this is only benefitting those customer who's cashback oriented like us

Not sure how the actual logic works. It could be also like below (to be tested):
Perform (i) first, to lock the cashback. take your sweet time to complete 16x within the month.

Someone did tested and shared here where hit the total amount 1st, the remaining 16 swipe is to qualify the CB. So doesn't matter it will get CB or not because the amount are relatively small

Hi Guys, was advised by UOB Customer Service that JOMPAY via UOB online is no longer eligible for CashBack? Particularly reffering to payment for Celcom and Unifi
Anyone can vouched for this?

LOL Sorry you're right in the sense of the CS, tried to recalculate my statement and realised it's actually my first few trx eligible due to the CB pool fully redeemed. (Call UOB CS again to verify).

For those who reload grab pay, if reload without OTP, is it still counted as online transaction?
For example, reload with the card previously saved in your grab.

Same goes to your rides, it doesn't generate OTP as well after the ride is completed. Yet still receive cash back.
