UOB PIB cannot add an account as favourite to JomPay upfront?

Cannot can only do it after first payment is made.

to those that cancel their UOB card through call, please do yourself a favor and follow up.

i cancelled mine (UOB One and UOB PP) on January, checked online banking on February, the card no longer exist, but today i check again, i was charged SST despite cancelling the card.

called the bank, they acknowledged that i applied to cancel the card but nobody followed up on the action so my card was only "blocked" but not 100% cancelled.

Called them last saturday morning, the CS acknowledge the same thing that happens to you.......

so yeah, please follow up with them closely.

Noob question here, but always unsure about this:

Say you got charged RM100 for Annual Fee, then you called in to waive. Your account is now negative RM100 plus whatever balanced owed.

If for whatever reasons they refused to waive, and I decided to cancel the card, do I still need to pay for the RM100 Annual Fee?

Cos i always saw ppl say, just cancel the card if they refused to waive, but I do not know the final outcome whether does cutting the card means we do not have to pay for the Annual Fee or we still do have to pay, since I had used the card for the past 12 months.

Worst case it is just the cash back for Boost that is lost. My other purchases still eligible for cashback.

Both are eligible for the cash back. Paying through Boost is better for those billers that are available in Boost.
