with the recent reports of yolo's new cashback, now i'm joining the fun

just did 13x JOMpay @ PIB. already got 3x trx did in early Feb, so was just betting whether can still achieve 8% cb from 16 total swipes this month

noticed certain biller (merchant) impose min amount per JOMpay transaction. example:

TNB, min RM1 per transaction.
U MOBILE POSTPAID, min RM1 per transaction
SYABAS, min RM6 per transaction

payment via JOMpay @ PIB is darn easy and much faster than traditional cc payment portal. 1st time new biller will need OTP. subsequent payment is without OTP and goes thru easily in a few secs. payment reflected quite fast too (near immediate for umobile, tomorrow to verify tnb, no channel to verify syabas yet)



TNB took 3 working days to get updated 

is the 3rd and 4th item entitled for rebate?

i can't get around how you got rebate for the GSC otc... your otc not typo right?

i don't know how to update to post #1    still good news though.

again!    uob is tightening the repetitive swipe rules!

1) This will only affect transactions <RM10 only?  Yes

2) What if my transaction is exactly RM10? Will it be affected by this new T&C? Transactions RM10 and above will not be affected.

3) If I have 10 transactions which are RM10 or more per transaction, for the same participating merchant, the calculation for "Total Number of Transactions" = 10? Kindly confirm.  Yes.

So if i pay RM10 X 10 times on same day, it counts 10 transactions right?

I just wonder if we paid RM1 on different merchant (eg RM1 at maxis, RM1 umobile, RM1 digi) count as 3? haha...

u have missed to ask "same day" for same merchant to be counted?

I was about to ask what has changed on the vermop n condition. There's annual fees on the new disclosure. I don't remember for annual having to pay on that before. Is this new or we just need to call to waive?

When they first draft the new T&C before Jan, so dumb never think ppl will make RM1 x 16 transaction per day

UOB One Card cash rebate for petrol is 3% on Wed, right ?

I thought all the while it's 5% on weekends n 1% otherwise; then later change to 5% on weekends n 3% on Weds n 1% otherwise, no ?

the UOB Yolo really hard to use, somemore first come first serve,

to comply the min 8x swipe, anything below rm10 with same merchant only count as once.

Hi, I've read that Jompay is allow for transaction count for 8x/16x, however, is that the Cash Back eligible under Jompay channel? As the MCC code for Jompay is under Government Payment/Utility...therefore, need to confirm if payment via Jompay is eligible to receive Cash Back or not?

Eg:
Spend both items on 1/4/2018
RM10 x 16 times use at Jompay for Water Bill= RM160
RM10 x 2 times use at Lazada = RM20
Total Spend = RM180 (Total 18 Transactions Count)

How much total Cash Back that is eligible on 1/4/2018? Is it RM20 (From Lazada) or RM180 (Lazada and Jompay)? How many % of Cash Back, is it 8%?

Surprisingly, Jompay to TNB payment reflected in TNB acc same day now

Just want to check if the following are all considered the same merchant for the below RM10 rule:

Method 2 not worth trying as u might not get any CB. To me it is not difficult to make rm10 payment.
