because uob did a mistake by using a "%" in the filename. when it's parsed in browser, it was meant for "additional parameters" after the %, hence the Error 400 Bad Request error message, not Error 404 Not Found

2 other ways to get the PDF:

1) download the file directly from download manager, e.g. IDM. This is what i used.

2) replace the % with different encoding. "%" means "%25", so the working URL would be https://www1.uob.com.my/web-resources/perso...ack-tnc-eng.pdf

why limit to RM1? how about RM10 x 16 times in a day, then you wont be restricted by the new T&C, right?

after that, you still have balance RM465 to max the cb too.

16xRM10 is ok but you still need to plan/swipe your large amount early too, due to fcfs cb pool.

last month was quite safe till late Jan. Feb month tbc

first of all, cashback is FCFS, no guarantee. your question is asking about guaranteed cb, which nobody can tell you.

if you read Jan reports, there are ppl getting 5%. some did 8x, some did 9x. same to Jompay.
