Hi guys received an SMS saying that 1apr onwards UOB yolo cash back TNC will be revised

me too, revised again ~~  WTH ~

i just read through, seeing different on this:

14. For the avoidance of doubt, any transaction which falls below RM10 charged consecutively to the
Card at the same participating merchant within the same day will be considered as one (1)
transaction for the purpose of calculating the Total Number of Transactions.
Need to pay at least RM10 in order to count as 1 transaction on the same merchant and on the same day if you plan to do multiple payment to achieve the 8x and 16x

i just read through, seeing different on this:

Does that means it is ok below RM10 if you made single payment to the merchant on the same day 

i also think confused.
for example if you pay RM1 to Digi, RM1 to Maxis on the same day, is it count as 2 transactions?
Maybe someone can try out...i only have Maxis...cannot try...

again!    uob is tightening the repetitive swipe rules!

1) This will only affect transactions <RM10 only?  Yes

2) What if my transaction is exactly RM10? Will it be affected by this new T&C? Transactions RM10 and above will not be affected.

3) If I have 10 transactions which are RM10 or more per transaction, for the same participating merchant, the calculation for "Total Number of Transactions" = 10? Kindly confirm.  Yes.

thinking of using uobpayonline to schedule a payment for RM0.10 each day of the month. For instance, 10 cents on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Think this will work?

By the 16th, the fcfs cash pool might be depleted.

i plan to make my "real" purchases on the 1st, and the subsequent transactions from payonline are just to fulfill the transaction quota.

I just wonder if we paid RM1 on different merchant (eg RM1 at maxis, RM1 umobile, RM1 digi) count as 3? haha...
