For RM5 GSC movie ticket and checkout page will show RM5 each tickets or the original price of movie ticket?

5. To be eligible for the Cash Back, Cardmembers are required to satisfy the two (2) criteria as

a) Perform a minimum of five (5) transactions every month (“Total Number of Transactions”)

I check my last 2 month statement those transaction post on 5th no entitle for CB.

I also same situation with you almost a month plus but end up last 2 days Cancellation dept call up and offer 5 years AF waive plus RM25 SST offset.
