i plan to make my "real" purchases on the 1st, and the subsequent transactions from payonline are just to fulfill the transaction quota.

I have gave up on this card since the last amendment of T&C in April or March... Currently it sit inside the drawer collecting dust pending for cancellation when SST (if) kicks in or annual renewal... Now fully on PB VS, QM (online) and MBB Barcelona.

Just to confirm with anyone here, if we are required to pay for the Service Tax RM25 before we can terminate the card?
The customer service officer told me so |

Managed to waive the annual fee for Infinite... Anyway, this card is nothing good except the dragonpass or lounge usage only. Benefits wise it's poorer than an entry level card LOL

Don't bother calling UOB, you will be put on the "our customer service are still busy" ringtone forever. I tried calling several times, different days... No result... Screw your line UOB
