Till now I still haven't received for Sep spend =( which week did you guys do? I had 33 swipes on 3rd Sep (1st week). Aug I received with 32 swipes (2nd week)

ya thts wat i had understood before this but this CS mentioned utilities not counted   my Aug transactions didnt get much also,have to wait for coming Sept's

Just noticed I have been charged on the Yolo monthly fee despite i used via JOMpay.

Yeah, only starting this month October they charged me monthly fee.
I do my transaction on the first day of month.

before yolo change af to charge monthly, cs told me my yolo af is on 1st dec.
so now as long as we use yolo, there will be no charges on af.

For those who reload grab pay, if reload without OTP, is it still counted as online transaction?
For example, reload with the card previously saved in your grab.

I have called CS today, they told me that JomPay is under government service provider, it is not entitled cash back.

Not correct. I receive my ultilitise from pib jompay for telekom/unifi. There is some tricks to check whether it's under cashback catogories or not.
i've tried numerous way,

PIB normal bill payment, jompay, for tnb,telekom,maxis, dining. i come out an conclusion which is, the cash back of utilities is entitle for cash back doesn't earn uniringgit. If u see uniringgit is added after few days u swipe and shown in pib statement, then it's not entitle for cash back. Maxis is under the list but it doesn't have cashback no matter what channel(pib jompay/normal bill payment/maxispay).

so far i've got cashback tested from TNB/TELEKOM , just like yolo card, just jompay it!

2 months straight already. i searched for so long no result here so i test myself. it's a good card, straight forward 1000 = rm50 5% cb. tnb/telekom sure entitle. if u see under those suspected categories which unsure, just look for uniringgit earned. earn mean no cb, no earn mean got chance. so that u still have time until dec.

login to pib under preferred plat card statement, then u will see your uniringgit point.

if u r new to the card, like me i started with zero. i manually count for that. let say you are not,

for example today point is 1234, u tested maxis rm300 payment, few days later u saw in pib 1234+300 = 1534 point, means cant get cashback.

maxis thru jompay i never try, maybe can try next time.
