QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 29 2018, 07:01 PM)
You need to check unbilled transactions and also it could be your cash back is not credited yet (assuming if you fulfilled all the criteria and cash back is not depleted yet which unlikely based on posts here).
*
My unbilled transactions currently is empty.. Just wait for the next calendar of the month.
And my statement date is every of 23th.

Yes, I know sometimes campaign credit will enter within 15th of the month until 20th of the month (subject either early or late), but not late than 23th if the month.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 29 2018, 07:09 PM)
Then yours may not be credited yet. There were people still getting their cash back yesterday. So long not after tomorrow, then you still cannot complain.

I complained before for late crediting because it wasn't credited even after month end and they investigated and acknowledged the mistake. That time not me alone facing this issue, everyone didn't get theirs on time.
*
Oh ya~ I access today to view my transactions. Just credit to my cc yesterday.. biggrin.gif (Sorry for my mistake.. blush.gif )
Wow~~ This time campaign credit seems like too late. First time after cc statement release, then saw the "unbilled transactions" campaign credit.

Thanks for your info... I thought lot of ppl receive cashback already..

QUOTE(MGM @ Apr 29 2018, 08:15 PM)
When did u complete 8x/16x swipes?
*
I almost around first week already complete 8x/16x swipes.
But effective on April onwards, I can't easily hit 16x swipes due to min transactions need RM10 or above.

QUOTE(SzeMeng76 @ Apr 29 2018, 09:18 PM)
CB did come in batch.
I also just got it yesterday.
I always on the later batch.
I think we in the same batch though.  biggrin.gif
*
I last time around early 3rd week of the month already get CB.
But getting and getting delay around 4th week of 2 days will get CB.
Now worst almost end of the month receive CB.

Anyway, I'm satisfaction for max CB as long as I gain it.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 29 2018, 09:19 PM)
So long before end of the month, UOB is still fulfilling their T&C.
*
Then it means that UOB might possible will CB on 30th or 31st of the month..
Am I right?

Sound like purposely do like this... shocking.gif

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 5 2018, 03:27 PM)
here's the answer:

1) per your screenshot, answer "We wish to inform the below transactions will be considered as 1 transaction."

2) per my question about multiple payees (<RM10) in JomPAY, answer "We wish to inform that multiple payment to different merchant via Jompay will be considered as separate transactions.thumbup.gif

3) per my question how uob system differentiate different merchant, answer "We refer to the first question, this are considered as same transaction due to same merchant ‘ DIGI’ hence the transaction will be considered as one transaction."

answer #3 is a bit odd, unless uob system so powderful to find similarities in description names  hmm.gif
*
Sorry I can't get the point for the transactions less than RM10.
Perhaps my understanding is not very good.

I do like this scenario will make me more understanding...

Assume today (03 May 2018) I pay my digi bill RM5... On 05 May 2018, I pay again the digi bill RM5. The continue on 10 May, I pay again the digi bill RM3
At the end of the month of May, how many transactions did I make for this digi bill?

a) Only 1 transaction only because your transaction is less than RM10
b) 2 transactions because total up is RM10 (RM5 on 03 May 2018 + RM5 on 05 May 2018) EXCLUDE RM3 on 10 May
c) 3 transactions because it count transaction per day
d) None all the above answer..

What is the correct answer?

Oh I see... count as per day ya..
If wanna to swipe min 8 times, then need to take 8 days to swipe for the transaction less than RM10..

Am I right?

If wanna to swipe 16 times, then need to take 16 days everyday to swipe.. shocking.gif
Hmm.... hmm.gif A bit silly idea..

yes. but if u do it over 16 days, there is possibility that the cash back pool has already depleted.
*
Yes, it is possibility.. Hari Raya coming soon.
Huge of online shoppers start to swipe already.. cool2.gif

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 3 2018, 11:11 PM)
That's why I swipe 16x more than RM 10 on 1st of the month, actually I will swipe all RM 633.34 every month's 1st. tongue.gif
*
This month on-wards I don't have much bill already.
Some already been terminate to reduce the expenses, some the amount is less than RM10 transactions, so use other cc to gain cashback. flex.gif

If too many bill for advance payment, I will easily confuse for the next incoming bill statement. rclxub.gif

Lol for sure no la. Normally all bank acquisition campaign only for NEW TO BANK CUSTOMER. All banks are same.
*
Unless you already terminate your card since from last year..
If you want to apply cc again, then it will consider "NEW TO BANK CUSTOMER", am I right?

Yes, I think need terminate at least 12 mths to treat it as new to bank customer. Depend to bank.
*
Means that after terminate, need to wait at least 12 months. Then you apply again cc, it will consider new to bank customers. Am I right?

QUOTE(saitong09 @ May 14 2018, 08:11 PM)
I believe majority bank have 6 month cooling period
*
If I'm not wrong, 6 months cooling period you cannot apply the bank U (Just take an example).
So if you apply cc again within 6 months, then it might high chance to reject your application OR there is no free gift for you.

QUOTE(qqbill @ May 14 2018, 10:58 PM)
it's up to bank, they have 2 terms normally mentioned in tnc
i) new to bank -
ii) new to card -

usually will be 'new to card' to encourage customer to apply. and depending on the bank, the cooling period to consider you as 'new to card' varies from 6-12 month.
*
New to bank - means you NEVER apply CC before.. OR after 12 months then consider for this term
New to card - means within this 6-12 months, you got cancel CC before or apply CC within this few months.

Correct me if I m wrong..

Effective on 1 June, all GST will become 0%.. So it won't be reverse back to Sales Tax government charge RM50/each credit card. Am I right? unsure.gif

Haha.. I guess maybe million of customer using this card call and cancel...
How can do such a non-sense things impose service charge by monthly? That is not a prepaid card. shakehead.gif

I remember last time the B Prepaid card (You know is which card lah~) impose service fee if do not perform any transactions PER MONTH.
At the end, I withdraw submit the application.... But luckily, this time B prepaid card did not impose service fee until further notice... thumbup.gif

It's time to say goodbye to Yolo card... bye.gif

And another ONE card if the AF unable to waive for that, it's time to fully cancel all the uob products & services. rolleyes.gif

Recently called UOB to cancel my ONE card, they offered me a 2 year annual fee waiver and told me they've got a 12-month 0% BT promotion as well.
*
Eventually that BT don't know how to use for it.
Is it so called like an installment if purchase expensive items?

QUOTE(stargate8 @ Jul 18 2018, 08:29 PM)
why need to cancel yolo? yolo cb still got what, most of us here will definitely transact every month for max cb
*
I believed some people occasionally used the card, meaning that not every month spend for that card.
Besides, it's seems the method seems like a bit of previous Big Prepaid mastercard.. But that one charge RM2.50 if no transactions done within a month.
Compare Yolo, it's so much higher than previous Big Prepaid mastercard.

QUOTE(PsychoJoe @ Jul 19 2018, 02:14 PM)
Well, in relation to the previous discussion, the proposal is out: http://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/serv...sed-part-sst-20

Service tax of RM25 on credit cards, regardless of supplementary or principal.

Note that this is just a proposal. Let's see whether the banks will lobby the government (or else most of us will be cancelling our less-used cards).

Edit: Or the banks may offer a "rebate" like last time
*
The bad situation is still comes out.
Since the proposal is out, so I guess high chances might be impose for this charges, right?

I believed most of the bank will absorb the card AF.. But for service charge I guess most of the bank unable to absorb, unless you use your cc point (or treat point) to rebate for this service charge. OR another worst case, bank might implement you must swipe min amount then able to rebate for this service charge.

The world is changing. If the service charge unable absorb from bank, there are huge of typhoon customer will cancel the card.
This is the either you want to maintain customer's loyalty, bank should absorb the service charge.
OR if bank feel like "I'm more than 1 million customers to use cc", and I won't be absorb this service charge", then sorry with no thanks cancel the card immediately.

Hi, I'm a bit confuse regarding for the JomPay.
Assuming I use use Jompay for PTPTN or water bill by Yolo, is it still eligible for CB?

As I saw from 1st page post PTPTN portal unable to enjoy CB, is it means that I use Jompay for payment PTPTN, can get CB?

My recent jompay transaction using one card returned no 0.2% cb. Is this the case all the while because i don't see jompay exclusion in the tnc?
*
If you are using ONE, then the CB is 0.2% (consider as other transactions).
ONE focus for higher CB for petrol, cinema and telco bills.

The rest only 0.2%.. Refer to the first post to see clear picture.
