here's the answer:
1) per your screenshot, answer "
We wish to inform the below transactions will be considered as 1 transaction."
2) per my question about multiple payees (<RM10) in JomPAY, answer "
We wish to inform that multiple payment to different merchant via Jompay will be considered as separate transactions."
3) per my question how uob system differentiate different merchant, answer "
We refer to the first question, this are considered as same transaction due to same merchant ‘ DIGI’ hence the transaction will be considered as one transaction."
answer #3 is a bit odd, unless uob system so powderful to find similarities in description names

Sorry I can't get the point for the transactions less than RM10.
Perhaps my understanding is not very good.
I do like this scenario will make me more understanding...
Assume today (03 May 2018) I pay my digi bill RM5... On 05 May 2018, I pay again the digi bill RM5. The continue on 10 May, I pay again the digi bill RM3
At the end of the month of May, how many transactions did I make for this digi bill?
a) Only 1 transaction only because your transaction is less than RM10
b) 2 transactions because total up is RM10 (RM5 on 03 May 2018 + RM5 on 05 May 2018) EXCLUDE RM3 on 10 May
c) 3 transactions because it count transaction per day
d) None all the above answer..
What is the correct answer?
