Have been called few times for increase the CL of my cards...But they seem not willing to entertain me...Some just ask me go find form at website..I found den fill on and send but no feedback till now...den I called again den they ask me go UOB branches to ask...I go ther ask den the staff ask me to fill in form at the website...hahaha

well, IDK. thus the question. PTPTN can use V+MC+AMEX over counter, SSPN-I Plus also V+MC. But for SSPN-i, only through Jompay & bank transfer. Or probably my question was wrong.
this ptptn was always a headache to pay.

It took them like more than a week. I almost threw away the card. I was cancelling my One card due to incoming ST charge.

At the end, they offered to waive ST if I charged a minimum 3 transactions with any amounts  to the card.

Got 2 years annual fee waived threw in to entice me to keep the card.

Previously I called credit card Centre uob to cancel it after they charged me sst. They gave me the sst waiver if I swipe 3x in 60days. So I fulfilled it and the sst aldy waived on next statement hahaha. Time to cancel the card

I called UOB CS to terminate my card last Dec but I just noticed that they haven't terminated the card and I'm being charged service tax. Is there any way to complaint?

does bigpay reload counts as a transaction for YOLO?

BigPay reload should be counted as transaction, just it won’t get cashback for it..
