Well, I have two mindset at the moment. Rental out for few years then maybe I will be staying also with my wife during my older days. If cannot cover full installment for rental, atleast 3/4 will do.

Hi, anyone knows what is the maintenance fees & sinking fund fees amount?

I heard 0.30 per sqft for maintenance fee including sinking fund.

Seems like target tenant is only UKM students? Bangi area so many cheap landed to rent and new high-rise revs coming up like Kajang 2 etc.. 🤔

Based on the showroom, it quite nice. Got 3 type for studio. A and B both decorated one. Option C is to have bare unit + 25K cash upon VPed.

I thought klcc, PJ, Damansara only offer studio....
Now far far Bangi offer studio??
