So VB has not yet recv VP. Delayed for months. And the SA say still got a studio which i initislly wanted to try purchase. But i didnt because had prior commitments last year.

Now the offer still same… 250k studio of 500sqft (full furnish ). They offer optional GRR of two years. Breakeven the instalment.

So nearby is ktm bangi, ukm and gmi. Apparently it is on the main road of jalan reko..
heard mcd opening in same road (nt sure true)

The building already done. Vp end this year. So i basically saved the prog interest lol.
