I just went to the pre-launch, just because of that "attractive" ad saying the price is around RM235k.. very cheap indeed..but ofcos, those cheap ones already sold out.. cheapest studio unit now is around RM260k.. still a good buy i think. fully furnish. maybe tomoro will go ahead and make a booking.. smile.gif

anyone else interested with this project? maybe can share info here abt the progress etc

its just 500m (more or less) from UKM bangi commuter station. opposite chervolet service center there

Just fyi, the showroom is also close by.. just opposite the project site. but as of today, can go in by appointmt only thru agent. Not sure if u can just walk in tho..but u can try..haha.. Or if u want, i can give u my agent's name, or u can try searching in mudah as well.

Oh ya..forgot to mention, the studio unit is offered also as a fully furnished unit..means u just "cuci kaki" bring some clothes only and can start living there right away. But if u opt to buy without furnishing, u can get rm25k rebate. So, its up to u to calculate whether its worthy or not. But the interior design is not bad too.. But this offer only valid for studio unit and not the 1000sqf and 800sqf ones tho

How much is bigger size unit? Mind to share price before discount and price after discount?

Sometimes, I don't really understand the local council can give the approval to built soho or service apartments at the area like Bangi.
It doesn't make sense to have these type of half commercial half Resi component since there are plenty of land, shop lot, shop office, commercial square around with majority still unoccupied...
Just because those developer's want to built small unit for ease of selling and offer this kind of product to the market.
Eventually, the purchaser will suffered with wrong product, wrong investment, high cost utilities and really enjoying the so-called home environment.
The department with power to approve this kind of development shall conduct a critical analysis instead of diverse the responsibilities to willing buyer and willing seller...

The price for 1000sqf i think is somewhere around rm400k ish and 800sqf ones is around rm340k ish.. I cant recall specifically as the price would vary based on floor.. The higher the floor, more exp it gets. Both got 3+1room and 2bath.but i only bother to ask the studio unit as i have already focused myself to get it. For studio, the price can go as high as rm300k depends on which floor the unit is situated. Discount 10percent.. But now got offer 0dp and free legal fees. For my unit, the agent quote rm260k fully furnished facing pool. Hope this helps abit

For me, i will get any house that is within my budget..doesnt matter the type. Im not picky. U know how bangi property prices nowadays.. Absurd..me n wife earn ard rm10k pm but we put a ceiling on the price of property to buy, as of now rm300k only..anything more than that, its just ridiculous..we cant afford.. In bangi ofcos.. For me, there is no wrong investment, its just how much u gain from it or how much u lost..whether its worthy of the price u pay, or not.. For me la..haha

haha, if soho and service apartment is not suitable and no demand at the area. i dont think developer will take the risk. developer is more scare than you when their unit is unsold.

I think the location is really suitable for invest. I'm staying at that area, this is the nearest project to KTM and UKM.

here u go.. but this is not the updated list..this is the price before discount. i managed to snap this last week, by then probably few units no longer available. Sorry the pic is not too clear at the edge.. photo taken at night..haha

this is for units located at level 26 upwards.. for level 12 to 25, i think most are already booked..just few units left.

So far, level 12-25 almost booked already. I just go the showroom last week. But I bought before they open the showroom. My units at level 25. biggrin.gif
