Maybe its my luck then. I think Malaysia HR is still stuck with the mindset of having the employee's previous salary as a benchmark for their next salary.

Is it because they couldn't judge how much is the employee is worth paying by looking at his resume and interview results?
*
Mostly their mindset is hire ppl at peanut salary because they are alot of options.

Expected salary was RM3k but boss says I can't proof I'm good so we agreed on RM2.5k. During probation boss says after probation there will be no increment due to bonus month coming. They told me I'm going to get bonus but in the end, I proofed myself, did not get any bonus, only get a RM100 increment.. I feel I got scammed. Now I plan to resign because the company politic killed my passion off.

Is it okay for me to jump to another field? Because in this field, most other companies have this problem where they expect you to work but not giving you the tools you need.

Still young. No problem to jump field. Go for it.

It's not hard to start, should be quite easy as the direct manager is the one you report to. You should have a good relationship with him/her.
What's is hard is to see a result from that conversation. Usually, maybe something will happen....maybe like 10% increment etc, but the job offers that comes will be like 25% or more.....too tempting to not go for the higher increment.
*
in big company, the roadblock usually will be from higher management from ur direct manager and HR dept.

I have seen genuine capable person creating miracle in the competitor company and when his previous co wan to hire him back, the HR insist to only add 20% of his previous salary in the company because according to "market guide" that how much he is worth. That person was getting 50%+previous salary in the competitor co and does it makes sense for him to get -30% to join back. facepalm the HR really.

4th job , start my own renovation business , renovating houses and condos , able to get 3 works , profit per project 25k / 4 months = 6k , last job kena con by owner , rugi 7k . Then can’t get project for few months .

5th job , Went to China Guangzhou to do some small business with friend , income 2-3k per month . But the business went bad .

Now looking for a job , what job should I be looking . I’ve had no savings and in credit card debt due to paying for my mum cancer treatment , and she passed away .

Not much friends so trying my luck to ask for pros over Here , I don’t mind working any field or how many hours , possible to have a job around 5-6k ? So at least I can pay for my house Loan and slowly settle my debt

Thanks

Ur resume is all over the place so its really hard scorin u a 5-6k job givin experience is not sufficient for any related to urs 1.

Unless u go call center, ssc.

Or do own business like sellin food at mornin or do both grab n grabfood.
Full time grab can get 4-6k per mth.

Nice. Thats pretty inspiring. You're able to reach that milestone with only jumping to other company just once. Although as you said, luck played a bit of a role.
*
Thanks. Yes, i would believe for most ppl luck and good boss play a role. If u meet shitty boss and no luck then no matter how good you are, you can't shine.

How old are you now? Already 30 or not yet?
*
This year 33.

I start work at 27 years old as initially I took master with aim to be lecturer but realise research life + teaching life is not for me (with how long I took to complete the master).
