Does anyone knows what would be a reasonable salary range for a fresh grad software engineer with first class honor and 6 months intern experience?

Skill set: MERN stack, some experience with core java and c#

earning 30k/month but begging forummers to help get rm50 on Lazada.    a lot of ppl think this is kopitiam with nonsense salary.

What do you guys think on my career journey so far? Underpaid, Average, or Good?

I got almost 71% increment jump (calculated from basic salary) and I'm sooooooooo happy.

In terms of salary, i think I reached the limit for my rank after promotion for any significant increase, yearly increment is what I can see for now (next level will be my manager's rank, which most only get this in their 40s and being extremely high profile and high visibility in the bank)

i have been looking out since 1 year+ ago. Several reasons to be frank,
- messy management issue. (major factor)
- more of an executor (PMO) which is what i dislike.
- things became mundane, only repeated redundant documentation and typical people issue in projects.
- leaving the country (personal reason, though for now, i think switching job in the country is what i can aim for short term).

I just got a job offer RM7500.
Working on pretty much the same thing. But I am considering to decline the offer due to I am comfortable working with current co, and there is a lot more to learn. What do you guys think? Should i take the risk and jump?

I currently have a job offer but having some dilemma. Current company is paying around 7k+ and new company is offering 9.5k.
In my current company I'm doing configuration stuff and little coding but new company is purely java dev.

I am 26 this Oct and my basic + fix + mandatory 13 month salary only averaged out at 4.8k gross monthly.

even with including 2 months annual performance bonus, it still average out at 5.6k gross monthly. A far cry from 10k, hell, its still a far cry from my goal of 8k by 30. Considering 5% annual increment, and 10 - 15% increment on promotion

Since I'm from a technical & math background, i did outperform  other colleagues in term of analytical skills (got several feedback from other colleagues & stakeholder),
guiding others (more senior than me) on how to use some of the Business Intelligence tools, what kind of insights should be given etc.
Heck, i even did several reporting process/task automation to expedite others BAU working time.

Disappointed to hear they didn't count the experience & contribution during i'm in the contract position. Had i known earlier, I would've jump elsewhere to make my working time counted.
Is this standard evaluation practiced at others comp, to not count contract position experience?

Any project managers like you who are from non software engineering background, or even non IT backgrounds?

Usually if got 3 month notice, when do you actually do the job hunting? send resign letter first then go for job hunting?
