For the fast charging using the 29W USB-C power adapter, I've got to buy the usb type c to lightning cable right? Or which one is the one compatible with the iPhone? I want to get that one cause the normal one charges quite slow for me.
*
For me personally the USB C to Lightning doesn’t charge that much faster compared to the normal cable with a 12W iPad charger, so the normal one would be a cheaper solution. That said, Apple’s ori USB C to Lightning cable has gotten a price adjustment and is now the same as the normal lightning cable.

that's logical. The 12 ipad charger is not fast charging type, around 2.4a max. u need the usb c charger for macbook to utilize true usb-c PD fast charging.

I’m using a cheapo third party USB C PD adapter so maybe that has got something to do with it too laugh.gif

My 12W adapter arrived already so I’ll try it for the next few days and see (my iPad came with a 10W one only)

I see. Then what's the different between Replacement Unit and Refurbished Unit?
They are two different things right?

Refurbished are units that possibly had parts replaced and went through a thorough process to verify it is 100% good. All units accepted in by Apple for warranty claims will go through such a process and later circulate back into market
Replacement units are brand new unused units
I couldn't remember but refurbished units will have a different model code in front - anyone knows what it is?

So it's better to have a replacement unit instead right? Since refurbished has been "used" despite going thru processes to ensure it's 100% functional.

Definitely but than it is rare Apple will give you a replacement unit . It is not their policy to do so. Unless they had out of stock of refurbished??

Hi guys,

Got my iphonex last month but i notice this phone has serious signal reception issue, the location keep jumping, while driving on main road the waze keep showing im on the small road beside.

Its almost unusable, just sometime its working properly. From what i can notice the problem is not waze app but the weak signal reception of iphone x.

I used to get full signal bar at home with the 6s but now most of the time i get 3 bar only.

Hometown even worst, my parent rm200 asus phone got full bar while i have 1/2 bar! Same carrier.

Anyone has the same issue? I almost cant tahan it anymore this is unacceptable for such as expensive phone.

Previously use 6s no issue at all.

There has been some complaints on this on the X on this. I experienced it once but I thought it was a telco problem, after a software update, everything was fine. What software version are you on?

A few of my friends have the same issue after updating to 11.4, have to constantly reset network just to get 4G to come back on.
