not after login, just click apply from the credit card page you visit.

i have just applied VI, still need to print out and sign and then scan and send to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my together with your IC and payslip/latest EA/etc.

since the VI requirement has been dropped from RM150k to RM100k, now managed to apply and soon will use for Bigpay reload with addtional 0.3% cashback rather than using QV for additional VIP points after fully utilizesd VS and QMC quota for the CB campaign.

In the TnC, must be after successful SMS registration, therefore no way they can approve your swipe before SMS registration.

I'm using Unifi to SMS rather than using PBB registered number and still got the WK1 CB.
So should be ok with any Telco.

Yes, only QV will get VIP points as compare to QMC as online transaction is excluded from QV normal CB categories while QMC won't get u any further points even though you already finished up your monthly online CB quota RM30.

yes, but still better than others, at least we no need write everything, just need to type and print out the application form with the details you have typed and sign it then scan it, and email together with your IC and EPF enough.

you will get the standard 5% cashback max RM30/month for QMC.
If you register the spend now 4 more campaign, you will get additional cash back depends on the 3X/5X/8X RM60 every week.
If you already swipe for 8X RM60 for first week, 2nd week swipe 2X RM60 and the other 6X RM60 swipe on QV to get additional VIP points as QMC capped at RM600 X 5% = RM30.
QV doesn't qualify on online but of cos you can get additional 5% CB if you spend on movies and departmental swipe as well.
Those qualify for CB not given VIP, those not qualify for CB will be given on VIP points.
