Lol, I think the merchant machine got something that can split the bill functionality as they have a final amount on their machine but charge in split amount, but what we perform online is different, we don't have a fixed final amount and what we perform is multiple top up instead of splitting the total

to be safe, make it after 6am (some bank still consider previous day as ATM also lock down for withdrawal etc) or 8am (based on GMT +0 servers) for every bank/merchant.

sometime we can appeal for eg last time one of my transaction on Klook falls on Saturday noon but shown Friday in MBB Amex and miss out the CB.
However after i show them the proof, they revert back the CB for me but your case is very hard as 2am is very near to previous day and you might loose out the claim.

Last time I only got RM50 cash…
Anyway still prefer cash rather than voucher as you need to buy something which might already markup but can get lower elsewhere and you need to keep spending in order to get the reward.

nope, unless you go to bank and tie to it by urself, else when you make payment just add to fav and make payment manually or through AFT.

You can spend mixed with all your cards as long as you got 8 X RM60 and only get RM50 CB to your 1st account register under your IC.
