wow...i wonder typically issit so easy to earn 5k and above now? it sounds so easy but i doubt many can achieve that.

no side incomes...no mlm...it's a 9-6pm job. well, i graduated this may and a huge international organisation took me. you can say it's luck cos the opportunity came knocking, and perhaps i impressed them during the tests and interviews. that's y i'm good i guess

If you work in UK ... getting 2000pound a month = RM14k .....

I don't agree in putting in conversion.
Working as a dish cleaner in UK gave you somewhere at 8-10pound per hr.
Work 10hr, you get 80-100 pound per day.
22 days would equal your monthly working period i.e. 1760pound to 2200pound.
But convert it back at the conversion of 7x...wow!!!....MR12,320-RM15,400 !!

All...let's just go there and wash dishes.........

not bad 2k pound job in uk...i think it's good especially when u're from msia. imagine when u return...

well, of course we shouldnt go washing dishes in uk. but if you're a dish washer in msia...y not go uk to wash instead? hahaha.
so if u're an engineer here, y not go to other places that offers higher income? well, if you're qualified that is. besides, companies don't simply hire foreigners unless they think you're good, haha.

Ofcos it is not bad... if you can earn 2000pound there and only spend 500 pound monthly... you'll be rich when you come back to MY.

Still ..... it is not considered as earning >RM5000 for this topic

The main concern is whether the salary earned can sustained your living lifestyle.
And I guess why this topic came about is because to a lot of ppl, they might think that RM5k is the mark for one to live comfortably fine without much worries.
Maybe I'm wrong. But if not, why this topic on RM5k? and not RM10k like yewkhuay had mentioned before.
