CIMB same as last yr RM30 Petronas gift card and packed food.seems that a lot of auntie uncle don’t know what is that and try to sell for 20
Malakoff RM40 KFC and packed food(got muffin,chicken salad,spaghetti,apple,mango juice and water)

so all small share holder will say yes to big share holder because "aldy makan dedak"

at least half of the price receiver "termakan dedak" will not bantah the big share holder

Petronas Gas Bhd gave RM200 petrol card for their AGM

Petgas is RM100 petrol card (I think), boxed meal from mandarin Oriental (food okay, but not as nice as expected from Mandarin Oriental).

Pchem is RM100 petrol card (I think), boxed meal from KLCC (Tasted okay, nasi lemak box plus sandwich box), plus RM10 for compensating MRT users / free parking for drivers.

As Co Sec, I hate companies giving gifts during AGM. All this uncles & aunties come and just collect gift. Come with all sort of tricks to get extra gifts. Get scolding and 4-letter word from them before because they claim someone else collected their gifts. Once a company announce no gifts, attendance immediately drop from 1K to 100 attendees only.

Now Co Sec for JV company with 2 corporate shareholders only. AGM so simple. 10 minutes kautim.
