Yes same as last year 10k shares in ur account, register at the AGM. 10k IPO automatically gets free airticket no matter u join AGM or not. If u join then u get another one.

They don't give vouchers, they will send a mail stating the embargo periods, destinations, flight codes. Then you choose ur destination and dates according to the terms stated and email to aax shareholders email to book ur flight. Once bookes you will see the itinerary in your AirAsia account.
