As Co Sec, I hate companies giving gifts during AGM. All this uncles & aunties come and just collect gift. Come with all sort of tricks to get extra gifts. Get scolding and 4-letter word from them before because they claim someone else collected their gifts. Once a company announce no gifts, attendance immediately drop from 1K to 100 attendees only.
Now Co Sec for JV company with 2 corporate shareholders only. AGM so simple. 10 minutes kautim. |
