Hi. I'm using the yoodoo esim on an ipad. I want to port out but obviously ipad cant receive port out sms. Hence, i need to change to a physical sim card. can i do this by walk in to digi outlet? thanks.

yoodo will send the port out confirmation via email. No sms is required.

Ported out from yoodo. Online MNP request couldn't be processed when I select current telco as digi. Need to choose celcom instead

If you need to run on Digi, after successful port over to Celcom you can immediately request port out to digi again.

It’s been 3 days since I replied the port out email from yoodoo, until now my yoodoo line still active and not ported out. Is it that long?
Could it possibly be due to my yoodoo line is currently in inactive state?

so frustrating ask Yoodo to turn on VoLTE on my SIM, they just ask me to check VoLTE setting is turned on on or not from the phone

I tried IP12/IP14/MI 11T Pro, none of them are working, call will drop back to 2G, poor voice quality.

while the 2nd SIM MAXIS/HOTLINK is working fine...

cs direcrtly move to celcom digi cs. is well known for bad cs rep.

also previously rep said i must have to buy call minutes to get volte activated. however after that volte will be permanently activated even if switch back to data only plan

Now RM 20 can get 45GB.
Unlimited 40Mbps with no FUP RM 43 included 100 minutes and 2GB roaming.

yoodo seems totally dead now, the auto renewal of my plan is not working. the support button in app not working. (submit clicked but no response)
any other cheap plan provide 6gb data only with rm15?
