well, they are supposed to get rid of yoodo
instead, when nobody wants to take it, they take it under them
so, yeah. celcomdigi can do whatever they want, i guess integrating the users into celcomdigi is just the right thing to do, financially. it is just a matter of time.

I be traveling to Hatyai for 4 days. Should I use Yoodo’s Roam Like Home plan or buy a Thai sim card? I only need data. Your experience and advise is appreciated. TIA

I have used Yoodo's roam like home in Bangkok, Macau and Japan.

I have issues the first time I went to Macau using roam like home, they could not fix it at the time but once I go back to Macau after two years, it was fixed.

No issues in Bangkok and Japan. Should be ok.

Not sure if you hit issues, will there we ample support.

Port out today to Hotlink Prepaid. Received the email from Yoodo to confirm, click yes from phone, it opens in the Yoodo app and nothing happens.. wtf..

So I am stuck..can't port out? lol.

but then again, there's no more yoodo and only celcomdigi. technically should receive sms instead of email (yoodo style). well, guess just have to contact CS or see if any other person here has ported out since the transformation to celcomdigi.

so I got this WhatsApp today from celcomdigi saying they going to give me free additional data
I’m paying Rm20 for 20gb, so now I’m getting 45gb for Rm20
I checked my usage and it seems I already used up 28.41gb which seems weird to me cause I normally don’t finish even half of my 20gb and if I just got additional free 25gb today, how the heck did I already used up 28.41gb?
Does yours tally?

Same glitch here. Probably will only correctly reflect when next renewal

Normally I would only use around 5gb or less since this is secondary phone

maybe you renew before promo = 20gb, then the apps show new 45gb , so your result is the extra 25gb count as used

don't think you can port-in same company, unless you go to Digi (Yellow) network then need get celcomdigi prepaid yellow simpack.

Yes you can , head to the outlet n get the new sim card. If the store ask you to pay RM 10 for the sim card tell them no. MNp no need to pay for the sim card and I did it.now happily using celcomdigi edisi kuning n now wait to mnp to another company 😆

some branch even requested rm25 for mnp, even if u tell them it's supposed to be free. one branch at my area closed down & many customers reporting the same high charges in Google review about their shop.

My case is i want to port in to CD from Yoodo and still using the same yoodo sim card. Coz the numbers are for my parentd and i dont stay with them. Dont want to get new sim and post to them.

For those outlet say wanna charge for mnp , keep everything in detail n then report to mcmc , mcmc will take care those outlet 😂

Is not possible, the system is stupid , everyone also want to port in without change the sim card but this is not the way the system work even though the infrastructure under the same parent company 😢
