Yes, no 4G and app cannot connect...

I tried in Digi website , if choose port in for prepaid, only RM35 plan is available to choose

If order a new sim with new number, I can choose RM20 plan, why?

My Hotlink prepaid has been upgraded to VoLTE enabled, there is a on / off switch in iPhone for turning on / off VoLTE

I tried the Yoodo SIM card and that setting is not available, how much time do Yoodo still need? seems they even not yet submit a new carrer profile to Apple as well.

I saw unifi has VoLTE but not in iPhone platform, no such setting is enabled in the Settings, unfortunately making call will still fall back to 3G

Celcom shut down most of the 3G towers in Nov and tomorrow 11/11 will be another batch to shutdown the towers in KV

So the place used to have 3G only now probably have 2G coverage only until Celcom finish the refarm

My Yoodo is in Grace Period and now also can surf net...

I still can use DATA without any data plan & grace period.. just cannot make calls

btw, CELCOM switch back on their 3G in my area....

Btw from what I tested from Hotlink Prepaid and Digi Prepaid, need a compatible phone to connect to the network and check VoLTE on first, then only put the SIM card back to Android phone and only can enjoy VoLTE and VoWifi

For non- compatible phone but has VoLTE feature, need to either call CS to activate or use above method to activate for the first time only.

Yoodo roaming will deduct the data usage , unless other roaming pass like Maxis, the data usage for roaming is counted separately.

sadly mix and match seems not providing any for voice only...
My parents only need voice call and I am only paying RM 7 for them.....

Voice call dropped back to E still can continue on the call...
better than M, not dropping back to E and call get disconnected, saying VoLTE server is not responding.......

How much of this 999mins talktime?

Since when Genting was having 5G?

Another choice of call only plan

subscribe 365 validity = RM 50
manually subscribe unlimited call = RM 5 * 12 = RM 60
yearly cost = RM 110, so it would be less than RM 10 per month in average


You can top up 1 shoot RM 100 to earn around 4 months validity (110 days)
and later after that then buy the 365 validity
all have to do manually, more hassle

you can buy when 110 days validity is going to end
I counted for 16 months avg spending is RM8.xx

a bit cheaper but need to remember to buy the voice plan because if no voice plan, it will be charged 0.15 per minute


also you need to have another volte phone because Unifi 5G does not have 2G network....

So no more "customized plan" if continue stay with Yoodo and migrate to celcomdigi will be happening automatically?
those Yoodo plans will become lagacy plan and need to download celcom app instead to track the usage later?

not forced to port out then ok

Another question is
If I do nothing after Aug 2024, my plan can still continue with CelcomDigi, but is it possible to top up credit and continue to enjoy the Yoodo lagacy plan ?
