if it is required to pay first before service is rendered, then it is prepaid.
absorbing tax or not absorbing the tax, does not change the requirement to pay first before service is rendered. for the previous 3 months of tax-free, they still ask to pay first, didn't they?

"neither here nor there prepaid-postpaid" is just marketing hype. it's basically a set plan with zero credit risk to telcos - they are not lending you anything, right? everything still have to pay upfront, right? if run out of entitlements, have to top up first before purchasing additional entitlements, right?

so, if it is no difference than prepaid, then why bother?

the key difference other than customisation is, it transforms your top-up
- from just being "customer bank balance" that telco owes you for eternity until you decide how to spend it (calls, sms-es, data, add-ons, carrier billing) or credit transfer it (-ekhem- sell it off, monetise it back),
- into a regular income for the telco by you having to utilise prepaid credit or to do fresh top up in order to do monthly renewal.

The fact SST is applied (but not passed on to the customer) tells you what Yoodo thinks of itself. This is not a philosophical debate of what prepaid means. I brought this up because someone suggested Yoodo will be SST-free because it is prepaid.

what to do? no selfie no activate, anyway the payment got some problem, i try again tomorrow. the number all not so nice, 011 is rubbish.

Go buy your own VIP numbers and MNP...

If you are an early user, there are many VIP number to choose on, since the service is almost a year now, it is common for not see any those number anymore.

they do have the community page, the admin and one of his colleague managed the conversations good. The best part get rewarded if we actively participate for the community.

Just to check with u since im new with Yoodo. If replying to those short message service as there will be charges, will yoodo deduct from those SMS package i had purchased? or they will charged seperately? im not sure how they justify for the 50 sms i subscribed.

To be honest from day 1, I never took any SMS plan except for voice and some data for backup. The SMS purchased by logic to enable the users to send out SMSes. So the usages for sure will be deducted from that. Maybe you can forward that question in there to get the accurate info.
