How come mine cant see the 50mb inside the app? Only the 20GB.

Digi just call me to counter offer rm88 with unlimited data, call and 500 sms.. and i rejected lol.

My ipad mini also shown 3G at first.
Till I off the automatic carrier, it shown 2 unifi provider to choose.
Selected manually one of it and LTE appears. Without any config setting at all.

Wow. You said no to such a good deal from Digi?

As for the 50mb, if you don't see it in the app, it probably means that the 50mb have been used up, most likely when you were trying out the app online initially. Your balance for the 20gb probably now reads as lower than 20gb, like in 19 point something, correct?

For two of my sims, where the 20gb is in full, the 50mb count is showing at balance of 48mb left. For the other three where the 50mb count doesn't show at all, the 20gb count is 19.81, 19.91 and 14.51 respectively. Yes, I have been happily using up the 20gb in earnest for one sim! rclxm9.gif

I put unifi sim card on Lenovo P780 and Lenovo S920, both not working. has small red "x" at the signal notification.

then i put the sim card into Redmi Mi Max, it work fine, all setting is auto.

can one confirm Unifi Mobile not woking with these 2 Lenovo phone?

One of my sim suddenly went inactive, even SIM is not detected. Put in another phone, no service then undetected as well. Also the app or system is buggy, used untill 19.2 GB quota, check again it went up to 19.5, then 19.8. Then my line for cut off.

gotten this after insert sim into phone. this is 1st use activation alert, either by data, call, or sms.

Here is my take of this plan

1. Calls and internet has to be purchased separately - not the cheapest combination in the market.

2. Suitable for mid-low data usage people, who want a longer validity to the internet quota.

3. Coverage is decent, and this telco is backed up financially by TM.

not necessary as i use one apps to login 10 sim cards from two mykad
and some more some not able to collect it due to scanning problem and gave up to collect

I only got one sms.

The rest of other numbers, I did not receive the SMS.
Does it mean not registered & not activated?

Should receive one SMS per activation. I activate each of them with one phone and I receive all of the SMS with APN Config for each SIM.
