wait... i see so many ppl saying confirm need to top up rm10 every 90 days?
but according to my calculation:
day 90: top up RM10----(extend 90days)---->
day 180: Buy quota----(extend 90days)---->
day 270: top up RM10----(extend 90days)---->
day 360: Buy quota----(extend 90days)---->
and so on........

So only around RM20 every year to maintain the number, am i wrong?

All 5 of mine activated on the day of collection, yesterday, even though I only used them for the first time today.

My IC was scanned if that makes a difference.

I have the same problem while register my 5 sim cards. Realized that you have to wait until you received the free 20GB message, then try again with your alphanumeric password. Should be fine.

Keep trying. There are probably all sorts of reasons for passwords to be rejected, but for Unifi Mobile, the only notice that's been programmed is this 8 character alphanumeric thing, so it appears for everything. Keep trying with all kinds of acceptable combinations and you will get there. My first two went with no trouble. Third password just needed a letter changed to upper case. 4 & 5 - you wouldn't believe the kinds of combinations of alphanumeric I came up with for a password before one was accepted (after the other eleven) - baker's dozen made it to the door! icon_rolleyes.gif

No probs with first time login sms. I did all five of mine at 4pm.

day 180: call IDD with the lowest RM0.15
day 270: call IDD with the lowest RM0.15
...
16 years++ later: left RM0.10
before that you should have finish your free 20GB~

but those who believe using add on is chargeable usage, then it can goes up to 29 years++ or maybe just line terminated on day 270 with 60min+59sms or 59min+60sms left and burn

The day get SIM card from TMPoint?
Or the day slot in the SIM card to phone and activate?

don't risk it, activate as soon as you got the sim card and check the history for the time stamp
u can check back my reply earlier about different time stamp even though collect from the same TMPoint

I port over from u-mobile and cannot get the sms verification code. Got another new SIM no problem. Think the problem is on those switching from other provider.
Reported to live chat and they ask to wait

u need band 5 on your phone to have the 4g line. otherwise it will be 3g service. 50mb.

My unifi mobile can online and make call, but can't receive SMS or call. Anyone facing same issue?

Did u guys MNP from another telco, if so u will need to wait one day after line activation to be able to receive SMS messages
