Anyone having problem first time login to unifi mobile app and not able to receive SMS verification code? Been trying the whole day without success.

Thanks for the info, saw at least 2 other forum members having similar issues, looks like this only happen for port-in numbers, new numbers not affected.

This is a major issue with port in number. You will need to wait one day after line activation to be able to receive any SMS messages. I and a few other forum members had the same experience.

Did u guys MNP from another telco, if so u will need to wait one day after line activation to be able to receive SMS messages

Curious how are u using up the 20GB so quickly and with so many sims, and need to be downloading non-stop on the go too? hmm.gif
