did you got the SMS "RM0.00 unifi: 601XXXXXXX has been successfully registered and activated..." or not? if not, u need to wait for it
try airplane mode then back on and see

Anyone having problem first time login to unifi mobile app and not able to receive SMS verification code? Been trying the whole day without success.

I also port in, cannot login app, cannot top-up credit, livechat also cannot help, ask me to send report, any other solution?

mine also port in successfully get the verfication code after tons of complaint.
apparently this morning seem fixed can get the code to register and reload.

Will unifi mobile give basic internet to unifi mobile customers in future ?

I got my sim last Sat.
Shopping for CNY, so had a chance to test the speed many places in Ipoh.
Except the TM point and major towns, it reach 20-30m. All the other places are less than 5m, mostly between 1-2m.
Since it is free, i won't complain anything but sorry to say, it is totally not suitable to use in Ipoh area. Any other telco much better than it.

means u the order will be cancelled after 7 days if no collection?

Thanks for the info, saw at least 2 other forum members having similar issues, looks like this only happen for port-in numbers, new numbers not affected.

I mean for example, like what we can see in maxis, digi app, valid until xx-xxx-2018, or xx days left, these simple and common information

understand that unifi wanna promote "bebas, no expired", but in fact there is to keep line active in the so called 90 days, so they should provide the info above
