Inserted sim into my phone and activated. Received activation SMS and can make call and use internet. But how to open the app to view balance and buy add on? The app opening page request mobile number and password. I don't recall creating password when odering sim first time. Can someone help?

you will need to choose "First Time", it will send u a verification code in SMS. your login username will be your phone number. Then u will follow the instruction to create your password.
Then u will can view your balance.

Click "FIRST TIME LOGIN" then enter ur mobile number and click "HERE YOU GO"
When u receive the 6 digit code, enter and click "Verify"
Then it will prompt u to create password
After that u will login automatically
If u logout, use ur mobile number and password to login again

Is the sim card free? I need to pay rm 10 after register in the app. I though promotional period is still free? Or only the 20 gb is free?

Collected my simcard today at Seremban TM point. Wait was around 20 minutes with about 14 people ahead of me. Activated the number as a secondary line on my mate 10. Coverage so far so good. Can see the volte sign beside the unifi logo. Speed also ok. YouTube can load with no lags

What lah! Everyone else can straight away pop in the SIM and access mobile data, with Unifi must manually enter the APN before it works.

Luckily I get 2 sims.. the SA wondering why I dun take 5sims ..
The guard there also said he got 5 edy..

get so many for?

Choose nice no. and if you are not happy with it, then MNP to your preferred telco to keep the no.
That's what I intend to do but I'm getting over 50Mbps in my PJ house. Tomorrow onward will go back to Seremban, not sure how it fares there. If it's OK, I will give one SIM for my mum to use since she's using dual SIM phone and I buy weekly data for her every time she goes back to our hometown in PD.

Btw, it is cheap to keep the number compare to the other telco
No need reload rm30 every mth

Going to use up the data and throw away.. just keep my fav no.

I have tried 20 times but failed to register thru the app.

Strange experience. Today for the first time I enabled mobile data on the Unifi account.

It was a very brief session but then I checked the app and it said I have 19.95GB remaining. I checked my internal data counter and it said I only used 4MB, so naturally I was not too happy. I thought something wrong with Unifi's data counter.

But later i check the app again and it says 20GB back again but the 50MB data is now 46MB remaining. So it deducted the right amount correctly after all. The mystery is why it suggested I used 50MB earlier on and then corrected the amount later, but then deducted from the 3G/4G allocation when I was definitely in a 4G environment.

I think their data accounting software is still not stable.

Still got stock, I just collected my sim card at JB Komtar (JBCC) around 8:30pm. No queue, got my card less than 5 miniutes.

Hi Guys, I choose to MNP one of my number from celcom. When i received the sim, it request to SMS with DMP order number. Is that the reference no when I request Unifi Sim card ?

Any Sifu can share ?
