evpad has long history of insufficient CDN especially during peak hour. u may to trial and error on version of rss player compatible with evpad.
for movie apps maybe you can try https://mbomovie.com/
maybe can try long tv or svicloud. some show are still by default is chinese sub , not aware any box with 100% got english sub.

Recently my Evpad 3s pop up advertisement quite often. The frequency about 5 mins once.it is very annoying and potong stim. Imagine you are watching movie and suddenly cut off with advertisement, and the worse part the movie is still running.May i know how to stop the pop up advertisement?

Evpad own apps doesn't pop up advertistment.
Suspect is due to 3rd party apps that is install on the box.
If you know from which apps you can uninstall the apps.
worst case is u need to perform factory reset and get instruction from evpad customer service or ur seller to install back the streaming apps.

EVPad new Star Live is worst than the old Mars Live. Most channels do not work like it used to in Mars Live. I wonder why they update to make it worst. I have both SVi Cloud and EVPad and I must say that EVPad service is getting from bad to worst.

EVPAD currently in the mist of consolidating all their prior gen streaming to one to reduce long term maintenance cost. There is a lot techincal issue lately will need some time to iron it out.
Unfortuntely prior gen user will need to bear with it. Retail will have increase workload to help their customer to perform software update.

I've bought 2 Evpad 5s one for my house and another one in my Mother in Law House but recently the one at my mother in law house had problem loading (slow speed and keep buffering)

After that, i brought back to my house to test and check and i found out that the one at my house can run at 1mbps to 10mbps but my mother in law one can only run at 100kbps to 300kbps while streaming and both are connected to the same wifi connection and at the same location while testing

anyone know what happen ya?

factory reset can be done in setting.
if you encounter stuck at evpad logo during boot up, u will need to flash rom.

you will need to contact ur seller to flash rom for u

yes. worst case u might need to change to google dns if encounter telco dns block to evpad service.
